1 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced
2 cups diced cucumbers
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup diced red onion
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 tablespoons sriracha
1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
½ to 1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 sheet nori, cut into pieces (optional)
IN A LARGE BOWL, combine the tuna, cucumbers, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, sriracha, avocado, salt, and nori, if using. Stir gently to combine; serve immediately.
A mechanical chopper of some kind will speed up your prep for this recipe. Alternatively, you could pulse the ingredients in food processor to chop—but be very careful not to overprocess.
